About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant</b> to lead cross -functional workshops and guide enterprise ERP modernization initiatives within an SAP environment. </p> This role will facilitate current -state (“as -is”) business process documentation, define future -state (“to -be”) operating models, and develop modernization blueprints supporting SAP S/4HANA upgrades or transition to alternative ERP platforms. The Consultant will provide strategic leadership, governance guidance, and executive -level recommendations aligned with enterprise objectives. </p> The ideal candidate combines strong SAP expertise, enterprise transformation experience, and proven workshop facilitation capabilities.</p>

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, Computer Science, or related field </p></li
  • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise ERP systems </p></li
  • 5+ years of SAP functional or technical experience </p></li
  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP modernization or transformation initiatives </p></li
  • Proven experience facilitating cross -functional workshops </p></li
  • Strong governance and stakeholder engagement experience </p></li
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills </p></li

  • Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field </p></li
  • SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation experience </p></li
  • Experience evaluating alternative ERP platforms </p></li
  • Experience in large enterprise or government environments </p></li
  • SAP certification (functional or technical) </p></li
  • PMP or other project management certification </p></li
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) </p></li

Responsibilities

  • Conduct project kickoff sessions with executive leadership and key stakeholders </p></li
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement strategies </p></li
  • Establish governance frameworks, communication cadence, and performance KPIs </p></li
  • Provide executive -level reporting and strategic guidance </p></li
  • Lead structured cross -functional workshops across finance, treasury, budgeting, procurement, HR/payroll, asset management, and related ERP functions </p></li
  • Guide documentation of workflows, system integrations, dependencies, and operational challenges </p></li
  • Identify system limitations, inefficiencies, and risk areas </p></li
  • Oversee development of issue logs and risk summaries </p></li
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions to define optimized future -state processes </p></li
  • Conduct structured gap analysis between current and desired states </p></li
  • Recommend automation, standardization, and process optimization strategies </p></li
  • Develop ERP modernization roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives </p></li
  • Provide oversight for functional and technical requirements development </p></li
  • Advise on SAP S/4HANA upgrade strategy or alternative ERP transition approaches </p></li
  • Identify governance, data migration, reporting, and change management requirements </p></li
  • Deliver executive -ready documentation and presentations </p></li
