About The Position

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Business Process Architect to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-wide process improvement and optimization initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business process, transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional process redesign and transformation initiatives with a proven ability to lead in matrixed environments and collaborate across business units and corporate functions
  • Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, and intelligent document processing as well as proficiency in process mapping or modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, or Bizagi
  • Understanding of change management principles and how to apply them to process and system transformation
  • Comfortable with enterprise analytics and performance measurement tools to monitor effectiveness and adoption

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma certification, Change Management certification, project or program management certification, and Business Process Management certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of business process transformation initiatives across key enterprise functions
  • Partner with senior leadership to align transformation goals with strategic priorities and roadmap
  • Identify and assess high-impact process improvement opportunities through analysis and stakeholder engagement
  • Design and implement future-state processes that reduce complexity, improve service delivery, and enable automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee external consultants to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects
