Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, design, and reengineering is essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and basic PowerPoint functions required
  • Experience with generative AI tools – Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills, using data and sound judgment to drive effective decisions.
  • Technology savvy, comfortable learning new tools and systems in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Brings a high level of professionalism and self‑motivation, taking ownership and initiative in their work.
  • Maintains a solid business orientation, understanding how work connects to client needs and organizational goals.
  • Excels in collaboration, organization, and planning, effectively managing multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with process modeling techniques and tools is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as BPM (Business Process Management), CPBA (Certified Business Process Architect), or PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.
  • Project Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improved processes that leverage emerging technologies including artificial intelligence (AI) and automation tools to improve scalability, decision making, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Rethink and redesign business processes enabled by information technology and intelligent automation to achieve dramatic improvements in business performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, ensure all aspects of the processes are considered and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of new processes and ensure that changes are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous process improvement and digital transformation within the organization.
  • Embed quality into processes from design to delivery. Ensure processes meet the required standards and deliver high-quality outcomes by integration of QE.
  • Design and optimize business processes using UX principles, design thinking, and process architecture to improve efficiency, usability, and improve client and colleague experience.
  • Evaluate workflows, systems, and performance metrics to identify Technology gaps and needs.
  • Ensure business process designs adhere to established quality, compliance, privacy, and security standards, embedding regulatory and risk controls into process architecture from design through implementation.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including AI-assisted workflows to ensure colleagues are equipped to adopt new digital tools effectively
  • Stay informed on advancements in AI, digital process architecture, and emerging enterprise technologies, evaluating their potential impact and application within organizational workflows.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
