About The Position
Business Process Architect (Record to Report) Location: Portsmouth, NH USA Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. As a Business Process Architect (Record to Report), you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing global finance processes as part of our SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable, efficient, and standardized solutions that support strong business performance and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Extensive experience in Record-to-Report processes within a global organization
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
- Proven ability to design and improve end-to-end business processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
Nice To Haves
- Professional accounting or SAP certification is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize Record-to-Report processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver standardized solutions
- Lead process design activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and reporting outcomes
- Support system integration across finance and related business functions
- Contribute to testing, data validation, and implementation activities
- Support change management and training to enable successful adoption
