About The Position

This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems. HII works within our nation’s intelligence and cyber operations communities to defend our interests in cyberspace and anticipate emerging threats. Our capabilities in cybersecurity, network architecture, reverse engineering, software and hardware development uniquely enable us to support sensitive missions for the U.S. military and federal agency partners. Mission Technologies’ Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to support an upcoming, high‑impact mission at Fort Meade. The Readiness Analyst is responsible for evaluating and strengthening organizational preparedness by analyzing capabilities, resources, personnel, and processes that impact operational readiness. This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.

Requirements

6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to identify gaps in readiness capabilities, resources, staffing, and processes.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational preparedness.
Create clear and actionable readiness reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide visibility to leadership and operational teams.
