About The Position

You will be the Business Process Analyst Sr for the Business Process team. Our team is responsible for production planning for Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Strike Weapons line of business and optimizing operational efficiency through digital transformation. As the Business Process Analyst Sr you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating the integrated production schedule that aligns customer demand, material availability, capacity, and lead time constraints. This role ensures optimal utilization of resources, on time delivery, and minimal inventory excess across the supply chain.

Requirements

  • Past experience in any of the following areas: Make/buy/BOM planning, demand planning, change management planner. Or equivalent experience in an MRP planning environment
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs including SAP, Microsoft office, and Apriso, or equivalent systems.
  • Very good organization and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
  • Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing and/or supply chain management
  • Knowledge of material management and accounting system (MMAS).
  • Ability to obtain a secret clearance, therefore selected candidate must be a US Citizen

  • Ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry peers, or represented workforce
  • Windchill and MPMlink experience
  • Understanding of material attributes and bill of material effectivity planning
  • Previous working experience with engineering drawings and parts lists
  • Inventory control and material handling knowledge, including familiarity with material requirements and receiving/warehouse/shipping areas of responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Convert forecast and requirements orders into a feasible master production schedule for the center.
  • Reconcile demand variations and resolve supply chain constraints.
  • Evaluate work center capacity, labor, and equipment availability.
  • Perform capacity loading analyses and recommend short‑term adjustments.
  • Expedite and optimize material flow across the supply chain to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain stakeholders to provide shop floor control and ensure schedule adherence.
  • Track schedule adherence, on time delivery (OTD).
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose process enhancements, and support ERP (SAP) schedule optimization.
  • Lead weekly cross functional demand reviews and real time capacity forecasting.
