Protiviti is looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Senior Consultant to join our growing Supply Chain & Operations Innovation team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Related Field).
  • 2+ years working in Supply Chain, Operations, Consulting, or related field, either in industry or professional services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Secondary emphasis on Visio, Access, and Tableau / Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience with core supply chain processes such as Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing digital supply chain solutions, applying technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with traditional technologies that support key supply chain functions, such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Source-to-Pay, Third Party Risk Management/Monitoring.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement, business transformation and project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, Change Management etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and business case management.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.
  • Ability to translate and communicate supply chain topics and issues to client personnel, including executives.
  • Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Certification such as CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma/ Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the successful completion of project work plans as a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants.
  • Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Strengthen relationships and deepen abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates.
  • Accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies, at the direction of Managers.
  • Perform documentation of findings and summarizing recommendations.
