About The Position
Tekwissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. This Client is a holding company that primarily operates through Gas and Electric Company subsidiary. The subsidiary provides natural gas and electric service to residential and business clients. It also offers building and construction programs, energy efficiency financing, electric vehicle charge networks, wireless solutions, battery storage systems, etc. This Client is an AA/EEO employer that actively pursues and hires a diverse workforce. The Business Performance Analyst, Expert's primary function will create performance metrics and dashboards. Facilitates reporting of results utilizing PowerBI, SQL, Python and other visual management coding practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant business experience
- BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science/Information
- Expert excel skills (Power Pivots & Tables, V Look up, etc)
- Expert in Microsoft BI stack including PowerView and PowerPivot; PowerBI, DAX
- Expert in MS Excel/Access/PowerPoint
- Experience with metrics/dashboard creation, reporting, and presenting data
- Experience working with data stored across multiple databases/data sources
- Advanced reporting knowledge and experience with multiple reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience in data visualization best practices using power BI
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Advanced problem-solving skills and data analysis skills
Nice To Haves
- PowerBi Expert Level skills, experience building dashboards, experience publishing powerbi dashboards.
- SQL

Responsibilities
- Facilitates monthly and weekly metrics reporting related to operations performance utilizing PowerBi
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve performance
- Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
- Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques, processes and implementation
- Determines data needs, collects data, selects from different analytical techniques to conduct root cause analysis, determine issues designs and maintains operational tools and reports
- Creates analysis that accurately describes the state of the business
- Creates complex and automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery ensuring accurate data transformation
- Design data analysis to achieve business objectives, process data, analyze data, write clear and concise data findings using power queries and power BI reporting
- Applies judgment solve problems of diverse scope
- Typically receives general instructions on new assignments or projects. Receives little instruction on recurring assignments
- May Assist in coaching and developing less experienced staff and end users
- Understands business process needs and develops solutions
- Work Execution and Operational support, ability to travel 3 to 5% of time
