About The Position

Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and seeking a License Owner to establish and operate the Stranger Soccer business in Fairfield County. This role is for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about football who want to build, operate, and grow their own venture, making the sport more accessible in their city. The role involves launching the brand, building and managing a team, securing venues, executing marketing and sales, managing game operations, and leveraging support from the Singapore headquarters.

Requirements

• A strong passion for football and connection to your local football community
• Experience in business, management, or customer-facing roles
• An entrepreneurial mindset (prior startup or business experience is a plus)
• Ownership mentality with the drive to build and scale a business locally
• A results-driven attitude — earnings are directly tied to your performance, effort, and business success

Responsibilities

• Launch and bring the Stranger Soccer brand to life in your assigned city
• Build, train, and manage a small core team (2–3 people), along with freelance Official Hosts (game hosts)
• Source and secure quality venues and time slots to host games
• Execute creative marketing and sales initiatives (both digital and on-the-ground) to grow your player base
• Manage game operations to ensure a consistently great customer experience that drives repeat participation
• Leverage the support, systems, and expertise provided by our Singapore headquarters, including operations and technology
