Responsibilities

  • Own cross-functional projects end to end, from scoping and analysis through execution.
  • Turn ambiguous goals into plans with clear owners, timelines, and measures of success.
  • Take on the ad hoc projects that come with a growing company, from opening a new office to negotiating a major vendor contract.
  • Generate insights through research and analysis, and write the proposals and recommendations leadership acts on.
  • Build the KPIs, dashboards, and reports the company runs on, and use them to track progress against the plan.
  • Design and run the company’s planning and review cycles, including quarterly planning, business reviews, and board preparation.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies before they become problems, and build the processes and tooling to close them.
  • Incubate new internal functions and processes, and hand them off as dedicated owners join.
