About The Position

JMG Financial Group, Ltd. is seeking a part-time Business Operations & Strategy Intern to join their team for the summer of 2027 in their Downers Grove office. The internship will last for 8 weeks, from June 7 through July 29, with the intern working four days per week. This role is designed for students interested in business operations, project management, process improvement, organizational strategy, and business analytics. The intern will collaborate with the operations team on projects aimed at boosting organizational efficiency, improving the employee and client experience, and advancing strategic business goals. The program's objective is to offer practical experience in how an advisory firm plans, manages, and implements projects and business initiatives, thereby enabling advisors to deliver guidance and solutions to clients, while also equipping the intern with transferable skills applicable to various industries.

Requirements

• Must be a rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Majors should be in Business Administration/Management, Economics, or Finance.
