We're seeking an experienced Business Operations & Strategy Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within operations and strategy roles. This role includes teaching core business strategy development, operations management, and process improvement, as well as helping clients build project management skills and apply financial analysis, competitive analysis, and market research to real business decisions. Coaches also guide clients on emerging tools like AI fundamentals and AI automation, and support the career side with resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance, along with interview prep, networking strategy, and negotiation skills tailored to operations and strategy roles. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in business operations or strategy (as an operations lead, strategy consultant, or industry professional), a strong track record of driving efficiency and growth, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
