About The Position

We are seeking a Business Operations Staff Analyst to own and drive revenue outcomes for assigned business unit. This role goes beyond forecasting and reporting — it requires a deep understanding of the drivers of revenue, strong business judgment, and the ability to proactively identify risks, close execution gaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver committed results. This role requires someone who not only identifies issues, but drives them to resolution and delivers measurable business impact. You will serve as the operational lead for your accounts, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver predictable quarterly and annual revenue. Own the end-to-end revenue operating rhythm across pipeline, bookings, forecast, and revenue performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience owning business outcomes (revenue, bookings etc.), not just reporting metrics
  • Strong ability to translate data into decisions and drive action
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
  • Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance data analysis, or improve decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and drive alignment
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones
  • Hybrid work requirement (Austin, TX)
  • Minimal travel required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large or complex customer accounts in a technology or manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics, supply chain, or demand planning
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or planning systems (e.g., D365 or similar)
  • Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain funnel health, coverage, conversion, and progression metrics.
  • Establish segment-level funnel management cadences across IP, Custom Silicon, Software Tools, and Physical AI businesses.
  • Drive forecast reviews focused on risks, opportunities, assumptions, and mitigation plans.
  • Monitor bookings, revenue attainment, ACV, RPO, and key commercial KPIs.
  • Provide executive-level visibility into revenue gaps against AOP, LRP, and growth targets.
  • Partner with Finance to align commercial forecasts with financial plans.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
