About The Position

The Boeing Company's Commercial Airplanes organization is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to support its Fabrication Division in Auburn, Washington. This role will support the Composites Capability team by the development and integration of strategies, capital commitment and execution, production recovery support, project management, and more. The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at one of the listed location options. Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management
• 7+ years of experience reporting out to executive leadership
• 7+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
• 7+ years of experience working with geographically diverse teams
• Domestic and International travel is required between 10%-25% of the time
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
