About The Position
The Mobile Business Operations Analyst provides programmatic and operational leadership for the James Mobile Units, with primary responsibility for business operations, fleet administration, compliance management, budgeting, volume planning, and supervision of administrative staff and drivers. The role ensures mobile units are operationally ready, financially managed, properly documented, and aligned with institutional and regulatory requirements. The Operations Analyst serves as a key liaison among clinical leadership, finance, analytics, fleet/facilities partners, and community stakeholders to support scalable, data driven mobile operations. This role emphasizes administrative coordination and oversight rather than technical or mechanical maintenance functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Four years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills in preparing detailed spreadsheets, pivot tables, and presentations
- Ability to work independently and organize workload with minimal supervision
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of data functions in health care
- Knowledge of the functions and activities of perioperative services, operating rooms, and surgery
- Substantial understanding of statistics and revenue/budget analysis
