Requirements

  • 4 year degree OR no degree with four years of relevant work experience
  • 2 years of experience working in project administration/support OR operations administration/support
  • 2 years of experience with any/all of the following: resource tracking, status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, time reporting, deliverable tracking, procurement, finance reporting, expense reporting, issue and risk tracking, change control management, accounts receivable/payable, and service management reporting
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Advanced knowledge of the application
  • Must be able to obtain a US government clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MS Project, MS Project Server/Project Web Access (PWA) or other Work Planning application
  • Experience with JIRA or other Agile tools/reporting applications
  • Experience with Power BI highly preferred
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
  • Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team

Responsibilities

  • Support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet business and client goals.
  • Develop and execute demand management processes when required.
  • Provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods.
  • Facilitate project governance and reporting.
  • Create models to improve business decisions.
