About The Position

As a Business Operations Risk Analyst within the Strategy & Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting one of Enova's core businesses. Your responsibilities will revolve around monitoring and supervision across our diverse product portfolio, addressing unique regulatory and business requirements in various states. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align business and compliance needs, proactively identify and prevent customer incidents, and contribute to customer remediation efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in reviewing and negotiating compliance matters, encompassing state and federal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in both team and independent settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with dashboarding tools, SQL and Excel is a plus

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify production or compliance exceptions, assess their impact on the business and customers, and resolve them or escalate to the management team as necessary.
• Gain expertise in product offerings, brand, state compliance matrix, transactional logic, and funding/payment processes, and document this knowledge.
• Utilize your subject matter expertise to create and manage processes and monitoring systems that ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines for products, technology, and processes.
• Assist with ad hoc data requests related to external and third-party business audits.
• Drive communication across key stakeholders groups, including legal, compliance, product, and management team as needed. Manage intake of requests and provide appropriate status updates.
