Summary of Duties Oregon Eligibility Partnership (OEP) provides direction and resources to everyone working to determine eligibility for Oregonians applying for and receiving medical, food, cash and childcare benefits through the ONE eligibility system. The Oversight and Quality Assurance section is responsible for data analysis, centralized support services of hearings, quality assurance (QA) along with service level agreement (SLA) establishment and monitoring. Units include Statewide Quality, Central Coordination, Quality Assurance, and Hearings.
