Work at this level involves an extraordinary degree of specialized knowledge or expertise performing highly complex and ambiguous assignments that normally require integration and synthesis of a number of unrelated disciplines and disparate concepts. Duties May Include: Develop a program that will familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services NGA Commercial Operations (SC) provides. Lead in the assessment of communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions. Develop and edit briefings, project, and concept plans while assisting other members of the Communications Team. Draft speeches, talking points and executive-level communication products. Issues memoranda, briefings, design documents, as required. Edit and submit as needed the NGA Commercial Operations WAR. Coordinate, synchronize and manage visit requirements with Source visits and internal SC offices. Plan, design, administer, standardize, coordinate, and deliver Source communications that support the business process. Lead the development, coordination, and execution of the strategic communications plan for SC and develop a program that will familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services Source provides. Assess communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions. Assist with full cycle coordination of all Congressional requests to include talking points, Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), Congressional Notifications (CNs), and Request for Information (RFI) Requirements.
