Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Account Management, specifically.
  • Experience managing pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and stock rotation programs.
  • People Management experience, supervising, recruiting and administrating performance.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into executive-level presentations for C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced data analysis (Excel/Power BI) to drive decision-making.

  • Experience working with Aerospace and/or Defense military environments/customers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the multi-year strategy and product roadmap for a dedicated business group, ensuring alignment with global corporate goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Semiconductor Manufacturers, Marketing, and customers to prioritize requirements and ensure world-class satisfaction.
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive threats to specify requirements for current and future products, work closely with suppliers to and customers to identify market intelligence and lifecycle opportunities in obsolete products. Emphasizing on market verticals with continual demand facing short product cycles.
  • Conduct market intelligence analysis on obsolete semiconductor products, developing pricing models, supply-demand forecasts, and lifecycle opportunity assessments to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Lead and develop high-performing software, quality, while establishing a global reach across all 3 regions with focus in the Americas and Europe.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team to develop product tactics and present business cases to C-Suite level suppliers and customers.
  • Oversee strategic purchasing operations for niche military and aerospace suppliers, ensuring compliance and supply chain integrity.
  • Manage departmental plans, resource allocation, and operational challenges while setting performance objectives and conducting reviews for technical and business support teams.
  • Manage a Team of Pricing Specialists dedicated to Military products and applications, influence and interact with key niche suppliers servicing A&D customers.
