We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to help build the operational backbone of a hypergrowth company. This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role for an MBA-type operator who wants real responsibility early and thrives in fast-moving environments. What this role is like Flux is growing extremely fast; you will be drinking from the firehose You’ll have visibility into and influence over nearly every major company decision This role rewards judgment, speed, and ownership more than process or tenure
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent analytical background
- Scrappy, execution-focused mindset with high ownership
- Strong judgment and comfort operating with ambiguity
- Ability to move fast and get things done without heavy process
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day business operations across finance, hiring, vendors, and internal systems
- Build lightweight models for forecasting, budgeting, and KPIs
- Drive cross-functional projects end to end and unblock teams quickly
- Operate AI-first, leveraging AI tools and automation to scale how the business runs
