Grindr needs a business-first operator who can bridge the gap between commercial strategy and operations, ensuring we have the capabilities and operational discipline to execute on our ambitious goals. This is neither a pure strategy role nor a pure operations role; we’ll expect you to be equally comfortable assessing strategy at 10,000 feet, deep in the weeds of a financial model calculating total addressable market or running a cross-functional quarterly planning process. This individual will partner with various functions across Grindr from Product to Finance, or People to Legal, while also centralizing Business Operations work streams, freeing up our executives from day-to-day ops and ensuring that our teams operate as more than the sum of their parts.
