About The Position

Business Operations Manager LOCATION: Huntsville, AL JOB STATUS: Full-time CLEARANCE: Secret Astrion is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support our customer in Huntsville, Alabama.

Requirements

Must have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance
Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in related discipline with 8 years minimum direct experience
Shall have working knowledge of DoD Instruction 7000.14-R, "Department of Defense Financial Management Policy and Procedures

Responsibilities

Manages, plans and coordinates International Program activities and policy programs
May serve as the primary high-level customer interface to ensure optimum program performance and customer satisfaction
Designs, directs and coordinates program funding implementation
Oversees ongoing International Program activities and tasks to ensure that all specified goals and objectives are met
Monitors and reviews progress reports and other performance indicators for conformance with established time lines, due dates and budget allocations
Reviews program reports prepared for clients and superiors
Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations
Use of CCaR to carry out financial management duties
Analyze budgeting and accounting reports
Prepare funding documents and maintain a record of financial management documentation
Create spend plans for future budgets
Manage multiple appropriations to include FMS, RDTE, APA, and OMA
