Job Overview As a Business Operations Manager at Kion, you will be working directly with our Director of Finance & Administration. The key functions of this role are owning the accuracy, maintenance, and delivery of company-wide metrics while supporting several core operational functions across finance, legal organization, hiring, benefits, and office management. Requirements

  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with strong judgment, and clear communication skills
  • Advanced Google Sheets/MS Excel skills with the ability to maintain and update complex existing models, dashboards, and scorecards with a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in financial & business analysis or operations
  • Experience with hands-on ownership of recurring operational reporting
  • Prior exposure to contract management
  • Demonstrated responsibility for data accuracy and consistency
  • Experience managing structured business processes end-to-end
  • Ability to operate independently in a manager-level role, prioritizing ongoing work, meeting regular reporting deadlines, communicating issues proactively, and requiring minimal day-to-day oversight.
  • Stay reliable and consistent in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment, adapting when priorities shift.
  • Bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to collaboration.
