About The Position
The Business Operations Manager will lead the strategic management of the F100 program budget. This role will require collaboration with various teams to ensure budget financial accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of program and financial management experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of program and financial management experience
Nice To Haves

- SAP experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Familiarity with EAPS and PPS budget elements and management
Responsibilities
- Manage annual Engineering Assistance to Production Services (EAPS) and Post-Production Support (PPS) budgets and coordinate with CIPTs to ensure proper support for F100 production.
- Manage budgeting processes, conduct forecasting and variance analysis, and communicate risks and opportunities based on financial trends.
- Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis to track project performance and identify cost or schedule variances.
- Drive integration across managed programs, Contracts, Military Engine Finance, Pricing, Business Acquisition Center of Excellence (BACE) and Engineering
- Accountable for managing and reporting on all facets of manpower planning, and strategic sourcing
