About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Business Operations Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to support a fast growing program overseeing administrative tasking supporting the PMO and creating and compiling deliverables. Amazing growth opportunity.

Requirements

  • The ability to use Atlassian Tools such as Confluence and JIRA, Sharepoint
  • Ability to establish clear goals and create actionable plans that align with project objectives.
  • Proven track record of providing management leadership on major tasks and projects.
  • Assist in business cases and feasibility studies.
  • Analyses shall include a case for action, analysis of business requirements, analysis of alternatives, technical solutions, risks analysis, and economic analysis, including rough order of magnitude and costs comparing various options. Also review milestones and schedules.
  • 3 years experience with Bachelors.
  • An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph clearance prior to the start date.

  • Preferred degree in Project Management, Business Management, Finance/Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Program administrative tasking overseeing financial team and ETC accuracy, CFT accuracy, EAC accuracy, and other ad hoc responsibilities.
  • Create, build, review, and compile reports.
  • Reports include initial requirements documentation, program deliverables including status reports, meeting minutes, and customer meetings to program manager for review and approval.
  • Making sure all deliverables meet specific specifications and requirements.
  • Managing subcontracts staffing portal and updating as required.
  • Updating program documentation including onboarding, tracking administrative tasking.
  • Work with security team and security processing, communicating and tracking pre-screening with security team and recruiting team, managing visitor requests, roster and reviewing accuracy and other ad-hoc responsibilities.
  • Work with contracts and sub-contracts team.
  • Make sure OCI Mitigation plan is up to date and is being followed, tracking everyone is up to date on OCI training, and tracking administrative tasking for team.
  • Attend ad-hoc meetings as required representing program management team as required.
