Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting or comparable experience.
• Experience in the broadcast industry strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Knowledge of SOX and US GAAP preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred

Nice To Haves

• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business operations: accounting functions (full cycle AR: sales order approval, credit and collections, customer payments; AP invoices, etc.), payroll and HR functions (HR representative, payroll, sales commissions, timesheets, job postings, employee onboarding, etc.), FCC compliance, financial and business operations, budgeting, forecasting and audit.
