About The Position

At Oxland Builders, LLC, we are focused on providing our clients with the highest level of quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and the Business Operations Manager is vital to accomplishing that goal. As a small but growing residential remodeling company, we need a Business Operations Manager who is comfortable switching between high-level operational decision-making and essential frontline tasks, including answering phones and supporting customer communication. Requirements

5+ years experience in operations, office management, or business management.
Strong financial literacy (understanding of bookkeeping, job costing, budgeting).
Experience managing teams and cross-department workflows.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Be well organized and motivated.
Proficient speaking, writing, and communicating in the English language.
Competent mathematical skills.
Highly proficient knowledge of computers including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
Familiar with construction project tracking software and a willingness to learn with a goal of proficiency for all projects.

Nice To Haves

Construction, residential remodeling, or design-build experience are strongly preferred.
Proficiency with construction software (QuickBooks, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, JobTread, etc. preferred).
