About The Position

This is a paid, hands-on internship designed for a talented, ambitious student who wants real responsibility, real mentorship, and a real line on their resume that actually means something. The role is operational and team-oriented, responsible for leading a team to keep the front office running smoothly every single day. You will coordinate with others to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This internship offers direct work with the owner, daily check-ins, and bi-weekly coaching sessions focused on business operations and entrepreneurship. High-performing interns may have the opportunity to assist with new projects like a nonprofit organization or a medical device development. A custom learning track is available, allowing interns to choose a focus on business operations or entrepreneurship, with training resources, videos, and a capstone project. High performers may be hired for paid roles after the internship concludes.
