Internship, Business Operations

Celltron Inc•Galena, KS

About The Position

Celltron is seeking motivated recent graduates and current college students pursuing a business-related degree to join our Business Operations Internship Program. Business Operations interns may join the following areas: Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Contracts, Procurement, or other business operations functions. We offer internship opportunities throughout the school year and summer. The Part-Time Program is designed for students who are actively attending college and want to gain professional experience while completing their degree. Hours are flexible and can be built around the student's class schedule. The Summer Program allows students to work a more consistent schedule during the summer, providing greater exposure to Celltron's production processes, business operations, and active projects. The program is designed to give students practical experience that complements their coursework while helping them understand how operations departments support a manufacturing organization. Business Operations interns will begin by gaining hands-on exposure to Celltron's production operations. During this time, interns will learn what we manufacture, how our products move through production, and how different departments work together to support our employees, customers, and manufacturing teams. Interns then transition to one of our Business Operations Departments: Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Contracts, Procurement, or other business functions. Interns will participate in real projects, learn the day-to-day responsibilities of their assigned department, and gain exposure to how different areas of the business work together. As interns develop their skills and knowledge, they may be given additional responsibilities and opportunities to contribute directly to projects supporting Celltron's employees, operations, leadership, and customers.
