About The Position

Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is seeking a Business Operations Intern to provide administrative and analytical support to the Business Operations office. This role will focus on assisting with revenue-generating activities and initiatives, including sales, marketing, and partnership development across the enterprise. This is a paid internship opportunity for current students interested in learning about revenue generation and Business Operations within the sports and entertainment industry.

Requirements

Current undergraduate or graduate student.
Adaptable and able to problem solve in pressure situations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with other internal departments and clients.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Able and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. boxes.
Reliable transportation and housing.
Flexibility to attend events that occur outside normal business hours.
Dedicated, hard-working, punctual, dependable and a great teammate.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and collateral.
Analyze market trends, conduct research, and identify potential growth areas.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement revenue-generating initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of company events and promotions.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
Assist in fulfilling various contracted assets.
Work home games, client receptions, and other special events.
Work closely with the Business Operations office to provide administrative support as needed.
Assist staff with general day-to-day operations as well as administrative duties for Monumental’s Premium Concierge program.
Other duties as assigned.
