This position manages all incoming requests for Operations, determines the appropriate routing, handles all outward communication, processes all employee terminations, and manages all licensing for the company (individual and entity).

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • College degree or some college preferred.
  • Experience working in a service or sales-related role preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Takes initiative.
  • Organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

  • Inbox management.
  • Salesforce management.
  • Handle all employee terminations.
  • Outward Operations communications.
  • Assist with licensing – individual, and entity (including GH and TWG).
