  • A builder's instinct to automate manual, repetitive processes.
  • 0-3 years of experience in an analytical, operational, or cross-functional business role (e.g., revenue operations, sales operations, finance, business/product operations). New graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
  • Willingness to learn SQL sufficiently to draft queries with AI assistance and verify output.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort with ambiguous, spreadsheet-heavy problems.
  • High attention to detail, as the role impacts compensation.
  • Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with sales leaders, Finance, and Legal.

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework or project experience with SQL, dbt, or BI tools (Mode, Looker, Tableau).
  • Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM.
  • A personal project, class project, or internship where a script, automation, or tool was built to save time.
  • Interest in sales compensation, forecasting, or GTM strategy as a career path.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the RevOps team to convert manual, spreadsheet-heavy compensation process steps into agents, scripts, and workflows.
  • Develop initial projects such as a checklist agent for payout file mismatches, a Replit tool for answering basic crediting questions, or an n8n workflow for manager approval reminders.
  • Support monthly and quarterly compensation cycles, including data pulling, reconciliation checks, discrepancy tracking, and documentation updates.
  • Assist with the quarterly target-setting process, including input collection, package formatting, approval tracking, and timeline management.
  • Help manage new-hire guarantees, crediting exceptions, and manager compensation inquiries.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly forecast roll-ups and pipeline dashboards.
  • Compile data and perform initial analysis for sales leadership and the CFO before Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Support the annual compensation planning cycle, including research, drafting, formatting, and coordinating review cycles.
  • Identify and propose specific, scoped improvements to existing team processes.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans with coverage beginning on the date of hire
  • Flexible paid time off
  • At least 8 paid company holidays annually
  • Phone stipend
  • Commuter stipend
  • Supplemental pay on qualified leaves
  • Employee health savings accounts (HSA) contribution
  • Flexible spending plans
  • 401K plan
