As a Business Operations Analyst, you will support company initiatives related to strategic partnerships and digital lending operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various projects related to our partnership program while working in cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth execution of our company’s digital strategy. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable. Job ResponsibilityStrategic Partnership Support Drive business growth through implementation of strategic partnership initiatives Track partnership deliverables and ensure timely communication of updates Assist with onboarding and relationship management activities Maintain partnership documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements Maintain partnership documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements Project Coordination & Support Manage multiple projects simultaneously to drive bottom line results for partnership and digital initiatives; anticipate and address bottlenecks, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, ensure quality meets expectations Maintain documentation, resources, and timelines Prepare status reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders General Uphold standards of the business operations role, problem-solving, building resiliency, communications and escalations, and general project management Understand, adhere to, and enforce all corporate policies.
