About The Position

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will support company initiatives related to strategic partnerships and digital lending operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various projects related to our partnership program while working in cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth execution of our company’s digital strategy. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable. Job ResponsibilityStrategic Partnership Support Drive business growth through implementation of strategic partnership initiatives Track partnership deliverables and ensure timely communication of updates Assist with onboarding and relationship management activities Maintain partnership documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements Maintain partnership documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements Project Coordination & Support Manage multiple projects simultaneously to drive bottom line results for partnership and digital initiatives; anticipate and address bottlenecks, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, ensure quality meets expectations Maintain documentation, resources, and timelines Prepare status reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders General Uphold standards of the business operations role, problem-solving, building resiliency, communications and escalations, and general project management Understand, adhere to, and enforce all corporate policies. Requirements

  • College degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, or a relevant field preferred
  • 2+ years of proven related work experience
  • Skilled in project management; negotiating, problem-solving, influencing, and leading others
  • Experience in operations support, process improvement, or consulting
  • Strong analytical thinking demonstrated through excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, adaptable to various styles, channels, and audiences
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing environment while comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex information and track multiple workstreams
  • Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products
  • Ability to interact professionally and exhibit appropriate social skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use standard collaborations tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Monday.com
  • Sitting for long periods of time; standing occasionally; walking; bending; squatting; kneeling; pushing/pulling; reaching; twisting; frequent lifting of less than 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.; driving and having access during the workday to an insured and reliable transportation; typing; data entry; grasping; transferring items between hands and/or to another person or receptacle; use of office equipment to include computers; ability to travel to, be physically present at, and complete the physical requirements of the position at any assigned location.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA and able to pass a background check.
