About The Position

The Business Operations Analyst for Ohio Woodland Stewart (OWS) is responsible for creating OWS events using Cvent and monitoring online registration for OWS workshops and classes. This role also involves maintaining and updating the OWS websites, creating and updating databases for OWS members, and assisting with the marketing of extension programs, including creating flyers/brochures and Woodland Stewards newsletters. The analyst will respond to inquiries about the OWS, assist with the coordination of the Ohio State Maple Syrup operations, and support the Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist (OCVN) program by maintaining and updating OCVN websites and databases. Additionally, the position supports the SENR fiscal and administrative teams, coordinates travel for faculty, staff, graduate students, and University guests, and manages University and Office of Sponsored Programs department PCards, performing reconciliation in Workday. The role collaborates with the College Service Center to ensure efficient transaction processing and assists faculty, staff, and students with fiscal, travel, and purchasing procedures, including providing Workday training. A key responsibility is event planning and coordination for SENR outreach, academic, and stakeholder events, encompassing event scheduling, venue selection, catering, audiovisual, transportation, facility needs, registration management via Cvent, and ensuring compliance with university policies.

Requirements
