About The Position

GOVERNANCE: Manage efficient planning, processes, and information flows for the global leadership team to enable strategic decision making and uncover blind spots. Manage global governance forums including setting agendas, coordinating with presenters, facilitating the meetings to drive to decisions, and following up on actions. Lead the creation of the monthly Business Operations Review and Board materials. Working closely across the Blue operational groups to craft a high quality, data driven, concise and action-oriented report on the state of the global Blue business. Manage the Ford Blue governance calendar and recurring lookaheads to identify connections and gaps. Coordinate with Ford Blue Regional Business Offices to ensure assignments are on time and with quality. Manage global SharePoint to centralize key information and increase transparency. For areas of the business that are trending off track, ensure the leadership team are receiving regular updates. Support the annual objectives and KPI setting process for Ford Blue (aligned with corporate objectives), cascading to Blue Leaders and applicable cross-functional teams. Provide whitespace thinking on new, emerging, and complex challenges and opportunities for the business. Established and active employee resource groups

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a operations or finance role.
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to understand and distill data analysis to deliver insights.
  • Willingness to adapt to shifting priorities and work in an agile manner within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven organizational skills and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Proven success in a project management and coordination role.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, complex global environment.
