Job Description Perform general office duties. Greet and log in patients/residents arriving and leaving, receive payments, record receipts of services, billing and claim filing. Supervising admission office staff and evaluating the performance of related functions. Communicating progress towards departmental goals and obstacles to facility leadership. Provides financial consulting services concerning the healthcare facility's policies and procedures to patents/residents, families, insurance and medical personnel. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business related field or six years’ experience in an equivalent environment preferred. Requirements
