About The Position

Provides integrated support across patient financial services and revenue cycle operations, including billing support, payment posting, refund processing, patient account assistance, and accounts receivable follow-up. Serves as a key link between patient-facing services and backend workflows.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer and 10-key skills required
  • Must work with people in a tactful, diplomatic, and professional manner
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of 500-hour probationary period
  • Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer

Nice To Haves

  • Hospital billing, collection and clerical experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act preferred
