About The Position

The Business Office Manager (BOM) is responsible for the overall management and financial performance of the Community. This role embraces innovative and inclusive approaches, displaying dedication to our mission and commitment to providing residents with exceptional and meaningful experiences that promote well-being. The BOM develops, implements, and executes quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. They engage with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction. This position provides hands-on supervision and empowers team members to consistently deliver high-quality care for our residents. The BOM actively nurtures a motivating environment that encourages collaborative problem-solving and aims to enhance the overall satisfaction of every team member. They ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations and collaborate with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
  • RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
  • Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
