Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a business office manager
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
  • Applicants may be subject to a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business office operations including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, personnel records, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Manage community financial processes such as invoicing, billing changes, move-ins/outs, and vendor coordination
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records
  • Supervise front office staff, assist with hiring and performance management, and ensure smooth office workflow
  • Provide administrative support to leadership while assisting residents, families, and guests with inquiries and service coordination
