About The Position

The Business Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our business office. This role is designed to be a process manager and not a people manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong background in business office management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong management skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the business office, including managing accounts payable/receivable, attending meetings, and handling correspondence from the business office.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available
  • Develop and implement business office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Manage and maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones
  • Manage and maintain business office records, including financial records and other important documents
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that business office operations are aligned with the facility goals and objectives
  • Assist in other facility departments as need to relieve reception for lunch, breaks, etc., as requested.
