What You’ll Do As a Business Office Manager (BOM), you'll help ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and accrediting bodies (CHAP, ACHC, Joint Commission). You will: Be responsible for the oversight and coordination of all financial and administrative operations of the Home Health and Hospice agency Have full ownership of the revenue cycle (Accounts Receivable), payroll processing, and Accounts Payable Oversee intake coordination, office operations, and regulatory compliance Collaborate with a healthcare team that shares your commitment to excellence
