The BOM will be the financial heartbeat of the facility, overseeing all business office functions, keeping operations running smoothly, balancing the books, and serving as a trusted guide for residents and their families. The role involves managing resident billing, collections, financial record-keeping, processing accounts receivable, managing resident trust accounts, handling Medicaid eligibility, and managing resident admissions paperwork. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, deep familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing, proficiency in MS Office and EMR/billing software, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
