The Business Office Manager supervises, plans, directs, and coordinates all Customer Service Associates in their daily tasks and responsibilities. This position has a primary responsibility for maintaining payroll, new hire and other business office functions to include, but not limited to files, reports, basic accounting and assisting the Executive Director/Administrator in daily activities and overall operating function of the residence. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residence as required by the needs of the facility, providing and maintaining customer service skills, ordering materials and supplies, and assisting with staffing processes.
