This role is temporary in nature, and the duration of the assignment will depend on business needs. Be the financial backbone of a luxury senior living community while partnering with a caring, high-performing team. Grow your skills across AP/AR, payroll, and reporting with support from leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years in accounting/finance or business office roles; strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi experience a plus.
- Calm, collaborative communicator who thrives in a resident-first culture.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, accurate AP/AR and resident billing; maintain clean documentation and audit-ready files.
- Own month-end close tasks and deliver clear, timely reports to leadership.
- Support payroll/timekeeping and onboarding paperwork in alignment with policy and compliance.
- Serve as a community business partner-communicate with residents, leaders, and vendors; participate as Manager on Duty as needed.
