About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to execute our business channel strategy and support key aspects of market execution. This role will partner cross-functionally to drive channel engagement, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful commercialization of the Philips InCourage system. The ideal candidate will combine strong marketing skills with operational rigor and a passion for simplicity.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Medical Technology, Healthcare, Commercial Services Management, or equivalent.

  • Bachelor’s degree/Vocational Education in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of/experience with AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market execution for a designated portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and collaborating with Region and Sales Leaders for effective implementation, working under general supervision.
  • Help craft and drive the implementation of product positioning and messaging to increase market penetration and competitive advantage.
  • Coordinate regional marketing activities, ensuring strategic alignment for market leadership and consumer/customer satisfaction.
  • Synthesize the needs of sales and product management to further refine messaging and support sales efforts.
  • Travel required occasionally for events, sales meetings, and to gain customer insight/exposure.
