About The Position

The Business Manager, Boatzon is a key member of the Boatzon Finance team, responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering world-class customer satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in optimizing deal management, maximizing F&I profitability, and maintaining full compliance with regulatory and company standards. The Business Manager, Boatzon works collaboratively across departments to support the mission and values of Boatzon fostering growth, professionalism, and long-term customer loyalty. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and an unwavering passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience required
  • Strong financial acumen and attention to compliance and regulatory details

Responsibilities

  • Uphold and promote Boatzon’s values, mission, and vision, contributing to a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.
  • Ensure full compliance with all company policies, as well as state and federal laws and regulations, promptly reporting any risks or concerns to the management team.
  • Assess customer financing needs, process credit applications, and present tailored financing and payment solutions for customers.
  • Actively engage all eligible customers for ancillary product sales and presenting of menu options.
  • Participate actively in training sessions to strengthen lender programs, product knowledge, and compliance awareness.
  • Manage daily deal flow through the utilization of HubSpot to ensure adherence to customer engagement and Business Manager excellence standards are met.
  • Manage title, registration, and USCG documentation ordering processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of warranty registrations, as well as transfer of all factory and F&I product warranties.
  • Address and resolve customer issues quickly, maintaining a professional, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support department and company goals.
