Business Manager, Performance Agreements
About The Position
As the Performance Agreements Team Manager at Valmet, you will be responsible for overseeing the Agreement management Team. The group is assigned customer accounts, and the Manager will ensure that service performance is carried out according to the agreement scope and to the customer’s complete satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the management of a team of professionals that are working with customer and Valmet organizations to improve customer’s performance and reliability of their equipment, processes, and personnel. Your main tasks and responsibilities include: Management of NA Life cycle services and step-by-step improvement programs designed to improve and maintain the customer’s competitiveness and profitability throughout the mill operations. These long-term agreements are always tailor-made according to the customer’s needs and set targets.
Requirements
- Must have Paper Industry
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience

Responsibilities
- Management of NA Life cycle services and step-by-step improvement programs designed to improve and maintain the customer’s competitiveness and profitability throughout the mill operations.
- Support via the Agreement Team network, our Customer's Performance Agreement sales and delivery projects
- Facilitate through the Agreement Team Network, production line studies & audits to develop efficiency and generate improvement ideas
- Coordinate and introduce Valmet technology support to agreement customer
