Responsibilities

• Participate in paid management training and mentorship
• Learn business operations, leadership, marketing, and campaign management
• Coordinate community outreach, fundraising, and promotional events
• Support event logistics, team coordination, and campaign execution
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members
• Build relationships with community and business partners
• Track campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Represent nonprofit and client partners with professionalism and integrity
