We are currently hiring a Business Management Trainee to join our entry-level leadership development program. Role Overview As a Business Management Trainee, you will take part in a structured, hands-on program that prepares you for future leadership roles in campaign management, event coordination, and internal team development. You’ll gain real-world experience by supporting daily operations, coordinating outreach initiatives, and mentoring new team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities
- Participate in leadership and business development training led by experienced mentors
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee community outreach and fundraising events, including logistics and staffing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, venues, and community stakeholders
- Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires
- Coach and mentor outreach representatives to ensure performance and growth
- Review and analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all interactions
